Who operates the school

J-Way School of Apostles is operated by Reviving Reverence Ministries, 4349 South Lawrence Street, Tacoma, WA 98409. Apostle Eric L. Jones oversees admissions and student support. This notice describes the planned school service. Applications, new accounts, and payments remain closed until the service is ready.

Information we ask for

An application asks for your name, email, study location, adult-eligibility confirmation, learning goals, optional ministry experience, and whether you would like a private tuition-assistance conversation. You do not need to disclose medical information, detailed financial records, government identification, or other people’s private circumstances.

If admitted, the school keeps the enrollment agreement, scholarship and payment records, account information, coursework, grades, feedback, completion records, and school messages needed to operate the program. Card and bank credentials must not be sent through application forms, assignments, messages, or ordinary email.

How information is used and shared

Information supports application review, learning, student support, payments and refunds, and recordkeeping. Applications are reviewed by authorized school administrators. Instructors access records needed for the courses they teach; students can access their own learning records. We do not sell student information or publish applications, grades, or private messages.

The school uses WordPress and Tutor LMS for learning and Zoom for live meetings. Namecheap supplies website hosting and school email. Stripe is the planned payment processor for invoices issued after acceptance, when payments open. These providers may process the information necessary to deliver their services. Automatic Zoom recordings and AI summaries are off; no AI grading service is enabled. Any proposed recording requires separate notice and consent arrangements.

Cookies and basic security records

Sign-in and form security may use necessary cookies. Application abuse limiting uses a short-lived keyed hash of the connection address. The hosting provider may keep security and access logs. Advertising or optional analytics are not part of the prepared application workflow. Students should protect their sign-in and use private school channels for sensitive questions.

Retention and requests

Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are reviewed for deletion 90 days after the cohort begins, unless an unresolved request or applicable obligation requires longer retention. Enrollment, financial, academic, and completion records have different needs; the school reviews those records under its retention schedule and applicable obligations. Deletion is not automatic and copies in backups may remain until backups expire. The school does not promise deletion where continued retention is required.

Contact Apostle Jones or write to the ministry address to request access, correction, or deletion. The school verifies identity, explains any retained records, and aims to acknowledge requests within two business days. The planned admissions@jwaysoa.com address will be offered only after setup and testing. This process does not restrict any applicable privacy or complaint rights.

Application acknowledgment

The application asks you to acknowledge this notice. That acknowledgment is not a waiver of rights or consent to unrelated marketing. We will provide an updated notice before opening applications if service providers or handling arrangements change.

Prepared October 12, 2026. Service activation and applicable privacy review remain pending.
