Student Policies
Learning with integrity and care
Bring questions, acknowledge sources, submit your own work, and treat classmates with respect. Do not invent fieldwork or feedback. Use fictional or fully anonymized pastoral examples. Never pressure a classmate to disclose private experiences or permit spiritual practices.
Live learning and access
Classes use live Zoom facilitation and written lessons. A recording is not promised. Ask Apostle Jones privately for accessible formats, an equivalent practice exercise, or a discussion following an absence. Required school-provided teaching and Scripture study are available in the course. Reference PDFs without confirmed distribution rights are not required purchases or a condition for passing Foundations.
Feedback and extensions
Written feedback is targeted within seven calendar days. Students normally receive seven calendar days after feedback to revise or make a permitted quiz attempt. Instructor delay extends the student’s response window. Request hardship extensions privately; approved extensions do not carry an automatic late fee or grade penalty.
Respectful participation
No harassment, threats, coercion, sharing another student’s private information, or unauthorized recording. If concerns arise, the instructor explains the concern and gives a reasonable opportunity to respond and improve. Immediate restrictions may be used to protect participants from an urgent threat; the school provides written reasons and review arrangements. Any termination follows the refund policy and applicable rights, rather than forfeiting tuition automatically.
Questions and review
Ask Apostle Jones for an explanation or review of a grade, charge, or decision. When a complaint concerns his own conduct, he will arrange an impartial ministry-council reviewer with no conflict in the matter. Requests are acknowledged within two business days; the reviewer communicates a response date and any delay. Internal review does not prevent outside complaints or delay an undisputed refund.
Privacy and support
School messaging is for learning and administration, not emergency response or confidential clinical records. Share access needs privately and only to the extent necessary. Review the privacy notice and keep copies of coursework, agreements, and payment receipts.
